OMG! YES!!

This is amazing!! I didn't think this could be so epic, but you pulled it off. Very nice job Ryan. Perfect 5/10 in my Book.

Nice additions.

I loved what you did by adding the piano part in the background. The guitar echo ending was a nice effect too to the loop. I swear, sometimes I wish they would make new versions of the old games with better graphics and music like this one.

Very nice.

Very nice cover. The sounds are all very smooth. Something about MM7's music was so BadAss.

Smooth & Catchy.

Nice cover. This is one that grows on ya. I give it an 8. Your cover is faithful, and most likely sounds much better than the original game Midi. The song could be structured better, but you didn't write it, so that's why it gets an 8 out of 10 in my book.

Thanks for the review.

Sick!

Niiiice! I like the lead guitar part that you added at 1:15. The additional SFX Battles MAKE this Cover Perfect. I vote you 5 and rate you 10 Darkside. Keep MMX Metal man. Be good.

Sweet. Glad you enjoyed my version of it man! I'll be doing more of those, no worries! Thanks for the 5 as well! :D

YEAH!!!

This is undoubtedly, my favorite Intro song in the whole MMX series. Something about the 3rd game was just the S#IT. You've definitely written a faithful faster cover to it. I give it a 9 only because that synth sound in the beginning is a little weak on it's own without the rest of the sounds. Once everything's there, I never get tired of this song. Very nice job.

Excellent

That's very hard to believe that you used a Toy Keyboard on this. Once again, I am very amazed at the mellow stuff you do. I have a soft spot for Angels, so naturally I chose to hear this one out of your massive collection. This definitely gives me the image of Angels frowning down upon the pain of the world. Also on a musical note, I'd like to say that the modulations from the 3 minute mark on were very effective. Excellent, excellent work.

Wow

Wow, this was really nice! This is my first time checking out a Misc. song, so I didn't know what to expect, but I have to say that I was very impressed. This is very ambient/trance like synth music, which I'm into. It's no comparison, but you would like my song -"Intro"-. It has a very similar vibe, except that yours is the real deal and mine is a faulty video game program.

Groovy

Nice guitar work. You makes The Metallikid a very happy camper.
This reminded me of Orgy's song Blue Monday (a good thing). For me personally, it would've been more interesting with a catchy vocal line, but I know that's not the point of Instrumentals. Groovin' Tech-Dance song mate.

Bracksta responds:

thanks man, i new you would enjoy it. i put alot of effort into this song. ya, i tried vocals once and sucked it up, lol. Peace, Bro

Finally a worthy version.

I've been looking for a good version of this besides the original version for a while and I just found it! Good job on everything. For guitar & bass synths, I don't think they sound bad at all. I myself specialize in programmed music too, and I think my guitars sound like ass compared to yours. Very very good stuff Hades. Peace.

Hades responds:

Wow, thanks a lot! It's nice to see someone puts this right next to the original. Really glad you found the synth instruments to your liking. Thanks for the review, it means a whole lot!

What's up folks. I'm the "Hidden Gem" on Newgrounds, The Metallikid. I love all things musical including writing, producing & distributing my own stuff right here on NG. Comment & Vote for me. Don't be shy.
